Booking, Cancellations, & Fees
All first time clients, are required to pay for their service in-full at time of booking. After your first visit to Indu Wellness, a credit card is required to be saved on file in order to hold your appointment.
At Indu Wellness we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please give us 24 hours notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations. We understand that life’s circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if 24-hour notification is not given, you will be charged a $25 fee.
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can decompress and fill out necessary paperwork, if it is your first visit. To maintain the blissfulness of the spa, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time, in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.
Late Arrival Policy
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled onsite appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
Minimum age requirements
Spa guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 13 – 17 can enjoy facials, waxing (not including bikini area), massages. Guest ages 13 – 15 must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service. Guests ages 16 – 17 must have a parent or guardian on premises during the entire service (unless state law differs), and must have therapists of the same gender.
For your convenience, you may store your personal belongings in the waiting area or in the treatment room. However, we suggest you leave your valuables at home. Zen Happens will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Services and Prices
Services and prices vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure the maximum standards of service and quality are being met.
Prior to each onsite massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with us you will receive a copy of the onsite massage therapy policies and will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional onsite massage therapy policies and procedures.
Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the onsite massage therapy policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.
The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances. A professional distance will be maintained from these areas. Also, low back, hip & gluteal area will be massaged only on request.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
For your safety
Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing a check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. Indu Wellness reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
Our staff works hard to help you achieve a state of Zen. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. We suggest 20% of the full service price of the service provided.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash or American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards for payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
